JTC Chemicals Hub @ Tuas South is our first project for the chemical industries. It is Singapore's first high-rise, multi-tenanted development designed to house companies involved in the manufacturing, blending and distribution of chemicals, including chemicals classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). The Chemical Hub comes with safety features such as Blast Resistance Door & Shutter, Blast Release Louver and Chemical Containment Tanks.
